With the publication of the Official Gazette (nr. 63 of 22.8.2017), the Navy's 'campaign' for the enrollment of 1920 Volunteers in Annual Pre-Fixed Station (VFP1), which will end on September 26, 2017.
The Navy represents an extraordinary opportunity for today's young people, who want to immediately invest in their future to become “true professionals of the sea”. The maritime environment is the keystone of tomorrow for Italy, Europe and the whole planet. In the sea it is necessary to invest in order to be competitive in the economic, commercial and military scenarios of the years to come.
Naval Training and Training Facilities represent the "life gym" with behavioral codes based on essential values, team spirit, respect for the environment, assistance to the neighbor and the community, assuming precise responsibilities.
The VFP1 are subject to a training course to facilitate the acquisition of a basic military training level, essential for the use of ground floor staff and naval units, and the training of technical and professional knowledge Those who will want to participate, at the end of their annual experience, at the volunteer recruitment in fixed-term quadriennial (VFP4).
Again this year VFP1 will be able to access Special Forces and Specialized Components (incursors, amphibians, dumbbells, submarines and aircraft components).

The volunteers of the annual fixed farm, at the end of their brief experience, have the opportunity to participate in volunteering in a fixed-term quadriennial (VFP4), which includes a theoretical vocational training phase of approximately 6 months at the Schools Officers of Taranto and La Maddalena or at operational units, alternating with a practical training on board ships. The volunteers of the predetermined farm are employed in the operational and training activities of the Navy and the Corps of the Harbor Master's Office, as well as in the inter-governmental organizations, both domestically and abroad.
At the end of the Four Year Established Stage, volunteers can continue their career in Marina passing through the Permanent Service in the role of volunteer troops.
