Putin continues to point the finger at the US and the West

The tension between Russia and the United States remains high. In fact, as reported by the most important international agencies, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during the XNUMXth Moscow Conference on International Security, pointed the finger at the United States. According to the Russian president, in addition to declaring that the US administration is preventing the end of the war, he said that "American adventurism in relation to Taiwan is not just about the journey of a single irresponsible politician, but this is part of a purposeful and conscious American strategy to destabilize and create chaos in the region and the world, a blatant display of disrespect for the sovereignty of other countries and its international obligations" and added "We consider this a carefully planned provocation."

Instead, the agreement signed for the departure of food products stored in Ukrainian ports seems to hold up. In fact, the first humanitarian ship chartered by the United Nations to transport Ukrainian cereals from the port of Pivdenny, in southern Ukraine, left today with a load of about 23.000 tons of wheat destined for Africa. The news was announced by the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure with a message launched on Telegram: "The Brave Commander with grain for Africa has left the port of Pivdenny. This morning the cargo left for the port of Djibouti, where the cargo will be delivered upon arrival to consumers in Ethiopia".

On the other hand, the Mustafa Necati cargo ship loaded with sunflower oil is scheduled to arrive in Puglia at 16:00 today. The ship, flying the Liberian flag, left the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk on 7 August, and made a stop on 10 August in Istanbul for the scheduled security checks. She left the Turkish port on 12 August for Italy. Her cargo is destined for the Marseglia group, which is based in the Bari area, and which also operates in the processing and marketing of oils for food use.
