Charges of insults continue between Korean North Korean President Kim Jong-Un and US President Donald Trump as a result of the US announcement of Permanent B52 strategic nuclear bombers with nuclear weapons.

President Kim Jong-Un had previously appealed to President Trump with the epithet "dotard", in the Shakespearean era, in the meaning of "person in senile decay". In response, President Trump had called Kim as "rocket man," presumably from the lyrics of Elton John's song.

Now Kim Jong-Un, following Trump's B52 announcement, raises another epithet: "hooligan", saying Trump makes the world restless. Let's now face Trump's epitaph. Surely it is not a nice theater between the two heads of state, but that's it.

If there were no nuclear warheads and the lives of so many people, the story could be part of a theatrical representation.

North Korea is on the one hand a constant threat and on the other a continuing joke.

Its leaders are such a source of fear for both Americans and South Korean and Japanese. North Korea and its missile and nuclear program represent a dangerous example of the failure of the non-proliferation regime.

Despite the disparity of power between the US and North Korea, Washington has little capacity to modify Piongyang's behavior without accepting significant political or military repercussions in return. Because of this disparity, North Korea will not be able to abandon its nuclear and missile program and also be sure that the US does not act as a vengeance.

Every country in this dispute has its own views and concerns, making it impossible for any compromise. The situation will only be handled day by day as it did during the Cold War period.
