It is a woman from Ardea, in the province of Rome, discovered by the financiers of the Provincial Command of the Capital who have executed a decree of preventive seizure, issued by the Court of Velletri.
In particular, from the investigations conducted by the Compagnia della Guardia di Finanza of Pomezia, under the coordination of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Velletri, launched following an INPS report, it emerged that the woman continued to illegally receive the pension of her elderly mother of which he had never communicated the death, which occurred in 2010.
The 60-year-old did not arouse suspicion because she used the proxy for collection deposited at a post office in Ardea. The subsequent economic-financial investigations, carried out by the Fiamme Gialle then made it possible to reconstruct the personal assets of the suspect, including the availability of money in personal current accounts. The Prosecutor of Velletri thus requested and obtained the order for the seizure of the sums contained in the current accounts, as well as of a property in Ardea, for a value corresponding to the amounts illegally received.
