"Tests on small nuclear propulsion units have been completed, both for cruise missiles with unlimited range and for autonomous underwater vehicles of the multipurpose system used in ocean waters", explained the source to the Russian agency. At present, as “Sputnik” reports, only Russia would have developed this technology worldwide. In his speech in front of the Russian Federal Assembly on Thursday, President Vladimir Putin mentioned the development of these devices as one of the main goals of national technological research in the defense sector.
