Knowing how to (e) Consume, the competition for schools has started

Educate and sensitize young people and adults to sustainable and responsible consumption, promoting an info-training path in schools and developing digital skills that can also be used in the teaching of Civic Education.

With this objective, the competition dedicated to all secondary schools of I and II degree kicks off today, which will be able to participate with the presentation of a project for the expansion of the educational offer in the next school year.

The initiative was born as part of the “Know (e) Consumare” project, promoted and financed by the Ministry of Economic Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.

Each school can participate with only one project to be attached on the form on the website www.formazione.it/ProtocolliInRete/ or by accessing the SIDI area no later than 23 pm on 59 April 30.

Schools will have to elaborate and develop in the classroom also using the materials produced in recent months in the course of info-training for teachers and freely accessible on the website www.sapereconsumare.it, a project on at least two of these four thematic areas: digital education (rights , opportunities and risks of connected living), consumer rights, sustainable consumption (circular economy, resource management, fight against waste), financial education.

The best projects will be awarded with a contribution of 10.000 euros to be allocated to each winning school to enhance the institute's technological equipment and promote students' digital skills.

The ranking will be published on www.sapereconsumare.it
