The workforce of judicial office officials is increased and the payment of incentives is released for employees who have carried out activities in the supply of goods and services in the various departments.
These are the two innovations announced during a meeting in via Arenula between the union organizations and the heads of the Ministry: the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio and the deputy minister delegate Francesco Paolo Sisto were present.
In his greeting at the opening of the meeting (July 27), the Keeper of Seals reaffirmed "the ongoing commitment to enhance the professionalism of the staff, in order to offer an increasingly efficient service in the interest of the community".
The increase in the workforce of officials of the judicial offices is equal to 1.947 units; the national interpellation for the filling of vacant posts will also be published shortly.
The agreement on employee incentives comes after those on staff mobility, professional progression, ancillary salaries in 2020, 2021 and 2022, which made it possible to release over 220 million euros in salaries accrued by staff, and the start of negotiations for the supplementary national contract, after 13 years of waiting.
