This week, for over 500 students, the State Exams of the II degree secondary school for the 2022/2023 school year begin. Yesterday the commissions for the first plenary meeting took office: there are 14.000, for a total of 27.895 classes. Today, Tuesday 20 June, the Ministry, for the first time, kicked off the ministerial part of the second test for the newly organized professional institutes by publishing, at 8.30, the key to open the envelope made available to the commissions. In these courses, the elaboration of the traces of the second script will be carried out by the teachers of the courses that contribute to the achievement of the skills covered by the test. On the basis of the indications contained in the "general national frame of reference", the commissions will then elaborate three proposals. Among these, the track that will be carried out by the candidates on the day of the second essay will be drawn.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 21 June, the first test is scheduled, that of Italian, common to all fields of study. At 8.30 the Ministry will communicate the key for opening the electronic package. The key will be available on the MIM website. Thursday 22 June will be the turn of the second test, which concerns the disciplines characterizing the individual study paths. Also in this case, the key to open the electronic packets with the tracks will be published at 8.30. Finally, an interview is foreseen, which aims to ascertain the achievement of the educational, cultural and professional profile of the students. In carrying out the exam, the commission will take into account the information contained in the student's Curriculum Vitae. The oral test will also be carried out using the foreign language and will also concern civic education.
For students who this year take the high school diploma in the municipalities of the flooded areas of Emilia-Romagna, the exams will be replaced by an interdisciplinary interview.
