School, Azzolina meets the Ambassador of the Republic of Germany to Italy Viktor Elbling
The Minister of Education Lucia Azzolina met, by videoconference, at her request, the Ambassador of the Republic of Germany in Italy, Viktor Elbling.
The meeting was characterized by a cordial exchange of views on the situation that the schools of the respective countries are facing due to the health emergency. The possibility of strengthening mutual cooperation in the fields of vocational education and training and language education was also discussed.
Collaboration with Germany in the field of education is based on the Intergovernmental Agreement for cultural cooperation between the two countries and subsequent bilateral agreements as well as on multilateral cooperation between EU member states.
