We need ATA teachers and staff to operate. Indeed, without them nothing would obviously be possible - explained the Minister -. For this reason, we asked MEF over 80 thousand permanent hires for teachers. Not only that: thanks to the resources allocated with the relaunch decree, we will have more teachers and ATA to be distributed throughout the national territory. The Ministerial Administration is currently working on the distribution of resources to the Regional School Offices. In a few days they will be formalized. We have never lost sight, even in these complex months, of all those operations that serve to start the new year and lay the foundations for the following ones. We have banned - he continued - 78 thousand places to hire new teachers. We will carry them out as soon as possible to reactivate a competition machine that has been stationary for too long, with serious damage to the school, which without competitions does not have all the teachers it needs. We have also guaranteed the mobility of school staff, established the provincial rankings for substitutes, digitizing the whole procedure, and with the quick call we will allow teachers placed in a useful position in the competition rankings and in the exhaustion rankings, to be able to express, voluntarily, the "option to enter the role in a region other than that of the ranking they belong to, speeding up their recruitment and going to fill places that otherwise would remain empty".
