Syria, kamikaze attack at the Sweida market, 56 victims

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, 56 would be the victims of the attacks that hit the southern Syrian province of Sweida.

The dynamics of the attack are not yet clear. According to the Observatory, there are three suicide bombers who have gone into action. The official "Sana" news agency specified that an attacker blew himself up in the area where the market takes place, causing an unknown number of deaths and injuries, while two other suicide bombers were killed by the security forces present in the area before blowing himself up.

The official news agency also reports that some army units had to face an attack by ISIS terrorists against the village of al-Matouneh, north of Sweida, and against Douma, Tima and al-Shabaki, to the north. -east of the city.

It is not the first time that Sweida province has been hit hard. Last month, three years after the last attack, Sweida had been hit by some rockets, launched by terrorists of the al-Nusra Front organization and its affiliated terrorist groups deployed in the eastern part of Daraa, fortunately causing only damage to the structures.
