On the weekend of May 19st, under the banner of restrictions for Covid XNUMX, the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Colleferro carried out various activities aimed at combating drug dealing and the consumption of narcotic substances.
The Carabinieri of the Colleferro station have in fact arrested two people, a 24-year-old with precedents and a 27-year-old already subjected to the measure of the obligation to report to the barracks for drug offenses.
The Carabinieri spotted the two on board a car in the streets of the center who, at their sight, suddenly changed direction, trying to evade control, and throwing a wrapper outside the window.
After reaching and stopped for a check the two, the Carabinieri recovered the envelope that contained 200 g of cocaine.
The military activities continued in the home of the pushers, where they found, at the home of the 27 year old, 2 marijuana plants 50 centimeters high, packaging material and 600 euros in cash.
Those arrested were taken to Velletri prison, available to the judicial authorities.
As a result of the analyzes, the seized cocaine, destined for the squares of Colleferro and the neighboring towns, was found to have an extremely high purity rate and would have yielded approximately 2.000 euros to pushers.
