Military spending at 2% of GDP, NATO will impose it as a minimum requirement, while Putin warns: "we are in a hot war"

The 2% of GDP to be allocated to military spending will no longer be a possibility but a constraint for the countries that are part of the NATO. The secretary general did not say so clearly Stoltenberg but insiders are certain that at the next summit in July a Vilnius the new posture will be made official which provides for the minimum level to be reached: 2% of GDP.
