In particular, about 90% of the participants in the consultation considered the measures introduced with the eco-bonuses for the purpose of energy requalification to be extremely valid. The opinion on the seismabonus as a measure aimed at improving the safety of buildings was also very good: 80% of cases. However, the uncertainty relating to the actual ability to benefit from the expected benefits remains very high, due to the responsibilities linked to the failure to comply with the provisions of the legislation and the complexity of the documentation to be presented: 71,7% expressed a negative opinion . Yet the legislation is liked: as many as 70% say they are ready to adopt the established measures. In this direction, 82% of participants are inclined to use digital tools capable of providing timely support in the management of critical issues.

On the one hand, there is a great deal of attention and a very positive opinion on the measures contained in the Relaunch Decree, on the other, however, citizens and professionals fear that the process for obtaining the benefits is very cumbersome, a question that within we have dealt with the association's working group several times, also offering a contribution in terms of supporting technological solutions.
And it is very encouraging to read the results of the online consultation now, more than 80% of the survey participants said they were in favor of using digital technologies to solve critical issues.
