“As we announced, thanks to the synergy and close collaboration between the MIM and the MEF, today NoiPA has started the extraordinary issuance procedure, thus making the payment of short-term substitutions still pending for a financial volume of approximately 300 million euros available.
Payments will be due starting from January 18th and will concern all previous installments for 2023, including the emoluments for the month of December which have been authorized by the schools.
Furthermore, following the numerous discussions that took place in recent months between the structure of the Ministry of Education and Merit, that of the Ministry of Economy and NoiPA, the Ministry is committed to developing a structural solution to definitively resolve the problem of temporal regularity of payments which has been recurring for too many years and which in the past has even shown even greater delays than those recorded in recent months".
