The decree completely disregards the promises of equalization of island citizens to citizens of central Italy who have suffered the misfortune of the earthquake because, on the one hand, does not grant the extraordinary commissioner effective powers and actions in derogation, on the other asks the Municipalities what could not be done and it was not for decades on the subject of examining the requests for amnesty, giving space to local favoritism managed by administrations who showed they were not able to take care of the territory's interests and the suffering of displaced persons and local companies of which civil death is certified today if one considers that even the tax contributions are not canceled.
Perhaps they will justify themselves, president and vice president, stating that the administrative wills were going in this direction, adding that they simply changed half of the article because it was unconstitutional.
But of course they will forget to tell the population, the earthquake victims have asked for their help just because "submit and blackmail"!
