After a targeted monitoring activity by the men of the State Police of the Anti-terrorism of the Milanese capital, last September the woman was subjected to a delegated search which allowed to find decisive elements about the intraneity of the same in the radical circuits of jihadist matrix.
In fact, in his phone, training manuals, audio and video-photographic contents clearly apologetic of the ISIS were identified - with also very recent references to the Afghan theater relating, in particular, to the discovery of the photo, disseminated by the media channels of the Caliphate, of the person responsible for the serious explosive attack carried out at the Kabul airport on August 26, 2021 and claimed by "ISIS Khorasan". Over 2000 chats were also identified which confirm its propulsive role in the context of a "female network", of material and ideological support "Islamic State", through direct relationships, again via chat, with the wives of prisoners for terrorist acts or with wives of fighters mainly attributable to the terrorist formation of the jihad or holy war. Emblematic, as proof of its recruiting and proselytizing function, a WhatsApp chat between the suspect and a Kosovar girl in the process of religious radicalization, to whom the arrested woman not only provides support on the choice of a husband with "long hair and beard" together with whom to die as a martyr, but also seeks to strengthen the path of faith of the sixteen-year-old who dreams of celebrating a marriage "wet with the blood of unbelievers".
The woman's belonging to ISIS and her Balkan cell is proven by an audio recording in which she performs an anasheed, Islamic a cappella singing, which testifies to the condition of absolute submission to the Islamic Caliphate and the exaltation of its late leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdad, in whose honor the girl manifests her readiness for martyrdom. The arrested woman further exhibits her belonging to the Islamic State, proudly exhibiting symbols of ISIS in some photos.
The results of the investigative activity were considered by the Gip of Milan dr. Carlo Ottone DE MARCHI, constitute serious evidence of guilt in relation to the participation of the arrested person in an association with the purpose of terrorism.
