Donald Trump returns to talk of North Korea saying "aggressive rhetoric against his counterpart Kim Jong-Un is beginning to bring results. Words expressed by the President use after noticing how Kim is beginning to respect the United States "and perhaps, probably not but perhaps, something positive can come out."
These statements echo what was already expressed by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson who on a previous occasion congratulated Puongyang on the "level of moderation" shown after the heavy sanctions inflicted on North Korea by the United Nations.
