The "Saffi-Alberti" technical institute in Forlì will host the XXIII edition of "Tutti a Scuola", the inauguration ceremony of the 18/2023 school year, on Monday 2024 September. The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella and the Minister of Education and Merit Giuseppe Valditara will participate in the event.
The live broadcast will be broadcast on Rai Uno starting at 16.30 pm, hosted by Flavio Insinna with the participation of Malika Ayane. The event will be animated, as usual, by delegations of students from all over the country representing Italian schools.
Among the guests, selected through a public notice in which institutes from all over Italy participated, there will be students from the "Chieri 3" comprehensive institute in Chieri (TO): 25 violinists will perform "Carovana nel Desert", accompanied by their teacher Simone Zoja. The kids from the "Angelo Musco" dance high school in Catania will participate with a performance dedicated to "Pandora, the myth". The "Germana Erba" theatrical dance high school in Turin will perform "High School Musical", with 25 dancers and two girls in wheelchairs. The “Morvillo Falcone” professional institute in Brindisi will present a fashion show with clothes made at school. A video will tell the story of the reconstruction, with MIM funds, of the laboratory of the professional technical center of Lugo (RA), damaged by the flood that hit Emilia-Romagna and Marche.
We will talk about current events, work, health, sport, Italian schools abroad, stories of social redemption. A tutor teacher will explain the function of this important figure, introduced this year in schools by the Ministry of Education and Merit. The Minister of Labor and Social Policies Marina Elvira Calderone will speak, who will talk about safety at work and in the Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation (PCTO). Two protagonists of recent news will also take to the stage: 16-year-old Alessandro Dioni who, thanks to a first aid course attended at school, saved the life of 50-year-old Marcello Amadori with a defibrillator. We will talk about sport, with the President of CONI Giovanni Malagò, with the President of the Italian Paralympic Committee Luca Pancalli and with the athletes Simone Giannelli and Sofia Raffaeli and the Paralympic athletes Claudia Cretti and Maxcel Amo Manu.
The event, organized thanks to the collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Merit and RAI, will feature artists such as the singer Alfa, the actor Nicolò Galasso and the musical group "The Kolors". Maestro Leonardo De Amicis will conduct the Symphony Orchestra of the Marche Schools and a choir composed of students from the military schools “Nunziatella” of Naples, “Pietro Teulié” of Milan, “Francesco Morosini” of Venice, “Giulio Douhet” of Florence and from students of the “Saffi-Alberti”.
The event, which includes a greeting from Minister Valditara, can be followed live on Rai Uno and on the social channels of the Ministry of Education and Merit, via the hashtag #TuttiAScuola.
The ceremony will conclude with the speech of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.
