A 39-year-old man, Italian of Congolese origin, while on board the bus of line 64, approached a woman on the bus and began to insistently groped her in the private parts.
The man, however, had not calculated that the chosen victim was an assistant head of the State Police in service with the Flying Squad in the section dealing with crimes of sexual violence.
The woman reacted decisively, and after qualifying she asked the man several times to stop but since the man kept touching her, he at first immobilized him and after having declared him under arrest he went down with him at the Termini station. .
At that point the man tried to free himself but the policewoman managed to clear the 112 asking for the support of a patrol that immediately arrived at the scene. A woman, also present on the bus and encouraged by the scene she had witnessed, found the courage to denounce having suffered, just before, the same abuses on the part of the same man.
After the investigations the man was notified of the arrest for sexual violence.
