"In recent days I have followed the story of Professor Umberto Gastaldi, the retired Philosophy teacher tracked down and joined in the hospital in Vicenza by his former students from the 'Gobetti' scientific high school in Turin, who organized themselves to look after and assist him in turn" , declared the Minister of Education and Merit Giuseppe Valditara. "A story that perfectly tells the extraordinary human relationships that the school can generate and explains why the years spent on the benches are so important in the life of each of us".
