Today's order from the Campania Regional Administrative Court which suspends the application of the sizing for the region will be immediately challenged. We are already working with the State Attorney General to appeal to the Council of State, confident in the validity of our reasons.
While respecting every jurisdictional ruling, it cannot be considered acceptable that the Campania Regional Administrative Court declared itself competent over a decree, adopted jointly between two ministries, which contains the criteria for defining the staff of school managers throughout the entire National territory.
To those politicians who continue to engage in instrumental and demagogic polemics, making people believe that this reform will lead to closures of schools or reductions in services, which in fact will not happen, we can only reiterate that we will continue to work for the implementation of the reforms requested by the PNRR in the interest of the modernization of our country.
