Transition processes, new geographies of work, labor relations, evolution of the world of work

The fifteenth edition of the HR Forum - Banks and Human Resources opens today, a traditional event organized by the Italian Banking Association in which experts in human resources, trade union relations, the academic and institutional world meet to discuss the present and future of labor and trade union relations, presenting experiences, proposals, projects, tools and to analyze, in an overall and prospective vision, in addition to the issue of human resource management, the changes in the world of work and the effects in terms of employment and development .

Therefore, an important and appreciated annual appointment restarts, suspended in the two-year period 2020-2021 due to the difficulties associated with the pandemic event; complex years during which the serious and long pandemic and, more recently, the war in Eastern Europe have led to very strong changes and accelerations in the processes of modernization.

The 2022 Edition of the Forum will focus on transition processes, not only with the immanent presence of digital transformation in every form of work process, but also with a view to the "new geographies" of work from which new organizational models derive, resource management tools (so-called people strategy) and professional skills.

The HR 2022 Forum is primarily aimed at those who deal with Human Resources in banks and at experts in organizational processes, regulations and communications who collaborate with Personnel Departments and, this year, with specific attention to young people Interested in bank job.

The reflections that will emerge during the work will help strengthen the debate on the most urgent issues for the entire HR area where vision changes represent not only an opportunity for growth of the corporate community, but also a strategic need for orientation towards the future .

The work of the Forum opens today with a greeting from the General Manager of ABI, Giovanni Sabatini, and will end tomorrow with a debate on the theme "Social partners in a changing world" which will be attended by the President of the National Council for the Economy and Lavoro, Prof. Tiziano Treu, the President of the Committee for Trade Union and Labor Affairs of ABI, Salvatore Poloni, and the Secretary General of the Italian Autonomous Banking Federation, Lando Maria Sileoni.
