Admiral (r) Nicola De Felice presents his new book "STOP THE INVASION, THE REASONS OF THE NAVAL BLOCKADE" on December 6 at the Sala del Cenacolo in Rome

The book is written with the mind and heart of the admiral, coordinator of the recovery in Augusta of the 900 bodies of the boat that sank in 2015 off the Libyan coast. The concept expressed is clear: trafficking in human beings and descending illegal immigration fosters modern slavery. The person who arrives on European shores is an invisible being, unprotected, easily absorbed by the world of drugs and prostitution, a debt slave, a forced labourer, a beggar in the city, an unwilling organ donor, a terrorist pawn.

The neoliberal economy favors mass immigration to close the gap between cheap labor and the western market. De Felice proposes ideas and solutions that help fight modern slavery by involving the EU which cannot address the "tamquam non esset" problem, but must understand that it is collective and that the "ostrich policy” is not successful, otherwise the whole of Europe will be invaded. The problem facing Europe's borders cannot be resolved by allowing deaths at sea to increase, but it is necessary to activate - in parallel with the Security Decrees - a naval interdiction of the ports of departure aimed at targeting illicit trafficking, reducing the clandestine migratory flow as well as the return of Al-Qaeda.
The Hon. Massimo Milani, coordinator of FdI in Rome, the writer and journalist Daniel Capezzone, Sen. Alberto Balboni manager of the dept. immigration of FdI and the vice president of the Chamber of Deputies Hon. Fabio Rampelli. Moderate Fabio Macera, admiral's press officer.
