Despite the optimistic statements of the Mayor dating back to the now distant 2016, the work continues to see no light. On 23 April, after having perceived the total immobility on the subject, I presented, in the name of the “Alternative X Subiaco” movement, a formal question to understand the state of affairs and the date of delivery of the works. I got an answer that retraced the complicated history of the administrative process followed over time, with various references to the causes that led to the gigantic slowdown.
That report, signed by the Councilor for Public Works Pannunzi, estimated the completion of the works by the end of 2019. We therefore waited, with the hope of finally seeing the "complications" of the past overcome.
Unfortunately, however, we must note that, being close to the toast for the new year, the promise of the Pelliccia Administration has not been kept. The construction site is proceeding slowly and certainly, given the current state, the times communicated will not be observed. The complications of the past have therefore been added to those of the present, linked to the evident inability of the Administration to be able to carry out the most important interventions ".
