Undersecretary Gioacchino Alfano strongly supported the amendments to the Budget Law which led to an extension of the application of Bolkestein up to 2020. This afternoon at the Teatro Il Piccolo in Naples, in the area of ââFuorigrotta, the National Ambulance Association (Ana) has met the leaders and candidates of the parties in the general election now at the gates. The event is entitled "Defend our markets".

We have laid the foundations to continue the battle in all institutional and non-institutional settings. I am convinced that we will be able to bring Italy definitively out of the range of action of the European Bolkestein directive.
My dream is to create modern markets according to the 'smart' model already successfully tested in some areas of Italy. Only in this way will we be able to relaunch a unique Italian production system, that is the neighborhood market. A place of aggregation that Italians can not do without it is part of our culture and tradition. In the markets we need services and security for the operators and for the people who have to come back as numerous as they used to be ".
