The municipal 2018 mark the victory of the center in Catania, Treviso and Vicenza (in this last common decision the desistence of M5s, which has not presented lists) and the success of the center in Brescia (confirmed Del Bono) and Trapani. Center-right and center-left civic lists have elected the primary Mino Cannito mayor of Barletta. The 5 Stelle Movement will run in ballots in Terni, Avellino, Ragusa.
In the municipal precedents the center-left had conquered 16 mayors on 20 common capital, the center-right 3 and the 5 Movement Stars 1. The center-right has so far tore the center-left Catania, Treviso and Vicenza. The center left confirmed Brescia and tore the center-right Trapani. The civic lists have tore the center-left Barletta. Among the parties, the League triumphs in Veneto, it drives the center-right in the north and central Italy, but does not break through the south. The League obtains 1,68% in Catania, 2,6% in Messina, 1,3% in Syracuse, 1,79% in Trapani, 4,13% in Avellino, 5% in Brindisi, 4,56% in Barletta, 6 % in Teramo. M5s gets its best result in the municipalities in Terni with 24,4%. In Ragusa he takes the 22,7%, in Catania the 15,9%, in Avellino the 14%. Success of the Democratic Party in Brescia with 34,6%. In the red strongholds under siege the democratic party resists in Ancona with 30,4%. Evil in Tuscany where there will be 3 ballots with the center in Massa, Pisa, Siena. Very bad in Terni, where the ballot will be between center and M5s, with the Pd stopped at 12,6%.
For the 24 June ballots the center-right is sure to win in Imperia, where former minister Claudio Scajola and Luca Lanteri, Giovanni Toti's candidate, will race. M5s hopes to conquer at least one mayor between Avellino, Terni and Ragusa, but only in the Sicilian capital the pentastellato candidate is leading the first round with the 22,7%. Center-right at the head of Sondrio, Pisa, Viterbo, Teramo, Terni, Syracuse, Messina, Brindisi, to be confirmed, however, after the ballots.
