The State Police of Benevento is executing a precautionary custody order in prison issued for the crimes of aggravated homicide in competition and illegal carrying of arms against a thirty-four-year-old Benevento, already detained at the Naples Secondigliano district, because it was considered being the promoter of a criminal association aimed at the sale of drugs.
Through a laborious reconstruction work by the policemen of the Flying Squad, with the support of the Central Operations Service as well as the Scientific Police Service, coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of Benevento, crucial elements were collected for the purpose of issuing the provision.
The fact of blood, dating back to April 2009, saw as the victim a convict, confined to a wheelchair due to a car accident, who was killed, in broad daylight, with three gunshots to the head, in the populous Rione Libertà del Samnite capital.
The details of the investigation will be made known during a press conference to be held at the Prosecutor's Office of Benevento at 11.30.
