From today, the first Aidr e-book is available on the association website and on the main online "Blockchain for all" stores.

(Mauro Nicastri - Aidr president) The editorial series also dedicated to non-professionals is inaugurated, with the aim of making people discover technologies and digital in a simple way

Rome, 5 March - Arrive in all the homes of citizens, even non-professionals, bringing, in this case, answers on blockchain technology and how this "phenomenon" is profoundly changing today's and tomorrow's society. This is the goal of Blockchain for everyone, the debut e-book of Aidr (Italian digital revolution association) - ready to embark on the adventure of creating an editorial series to spread digital culture - available from today, March 5, on website www.aidr.it and in the main online stores (Amazon, Apple, Kobo, etc.).

Eyes focused on new intermediation models between individuals, companies and PA, in which the security of the technologies adopted guarantees the trust of transactions. "Some members have made themselves available - says Mauro Nicastri, of the Agency for Digital Italy and president of Aidr - for their respective areas of expertise, to explain what blockchain is and how it can modify and influence different sectors: from the Public Administration (Davide D'Amico) to energy (Gianfranco Ossino), from cultural heritage to tourism (Francesco Pagano), to safety (Davide Maniscalco), not forgetting practical cases and examples (Rosario Fondacaro) of actual and current use ".

"Even if the application of the best known blockchain most used and with the greatest impact is Bitcoin - explains Davide D'Amico, MIUR executive and Aidr advisor - the potential effects of this technology are much greater and go far beyond virtual currencies" .

In fact, it can be used to document the transfer of any digital asset, to register both physical and intellectual property, to and create a new type of more efficient and secure contracts (smart contracts) and also for the traceability of any asset, be it a bottle of wine or a diamond.

“We hope that this completely free initiative - remarks Nicastri - can contribute to spreading the potential of this technology, aware, however, that it is necessary to govern its organizational aspects. This is why we are willing to collaborate with the government and with the ministry and the Department for technological innovation and digitization, to ensure a rapid and concrete diffusion of the blockchain in those sectors that can guarantee positive returns for our country ".
