Eni and ELIS present the initiative for the manager of the Enilive Stations

Joule, the Eni School for Business, Eni Corporate University and Eni International Resources - in partnership with ELIS Innovation Hub, have launched the "Enilive Station Manager" project.

The initiative aims to identify and train professionals to be entrusted with the management of Enilive sales points, real service hubs dedicated to mobility and the person. The profiles identified with the highly innovative methods of the project will integrate those already identified according to the existing recruiting models, providing specific training courses also for managers who already operate in the Enilive stations.

The innovative process of recruiting, selection and training of the new Enilive station Managers will take place through a digital platform and video and in-person interviews throughout Italy. The selected profiles will be involved in an integrated program that will aim to develop managerial and entrepreneurial skills in candidates, fundamental for a renewed approach to the client-focused management profession.

The Enilive stations represent Enilive's ongoing commitment to decarbonisation, which leads to revising the concept of the current service station into a real hub of services for customers.

The Enilive network will be increasingly focused on guaranteeing mobility services, including quality catering, shops, Telepass points, Enjoy cars, PagoPA and parcel delivery.

Mobility services, combined with the progressive inclusion of new energy carriers, such as biofuels, electricity and in the future hydrogen, will guarantee solid sustainability, including economic, to the project.
