San Donato Milanese (MI), 7 August 2019 - Eni purchased in the period between 29 July and 2 August 2019 n. 1.672.405 own shares, at the weighted average price of 14,053542 euro per share, for a total value of 23.503.214,39 euro in the context of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Eni's 14 May 2019 Shareholders' Meeting, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of the Consob Regulation 11971 / 1999.

Since the beginning of the program, Eni has purchased n. 10.155.662 own shares (equal to 0,28% of the share capital) for a total value of 145.575.892,64 euro. Following the purchases made until 2 August 2019, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, Eni holds n. 43.200.859 treasury shares equal to 1,19% of the share capital.
