In the VIP area next to Vladimir Putin will sit on display the presidents of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the premier of Armenia.
Even on this celebratory day, the Kremlin will concentrate on remembering the past by linking it to the Ukrainian Nazism of the present, thus justifying the ongoing special military operation.
