Carabinieri arrest the former partner for stalking
He was looking for her everywhere, under the house, at work, on the street and despite the fact that the relationship had ended for at least a couple of years, the man did not give himself peace and continued to persecute her.
Everything originates from the woman's desire to report to the weapon the constant harassment and harassment suffered by the ex-partner, with whom she had decided to terminate the relationship as early as 2019, after 4 years of relationship. Immediately, through the well-known procedure of the "Red Code" which provides for an immediate and rapid investigative impulse for the facts-crimes committed within relational and family contexts, the Carabinieri, coordinated by the Monza Public Prosecutor, collected the feedback elements from as reported by the woman. Continuous phone calls and threatening messages, also using telephone numbers in the name of third parties and then the stalking under the house, the last on the evening of January 2 when, around 23 pm, the man arrived on board his motorcycle, parked far from the entrance to the condominium so as not to arouse suspicion, and began to repeatedly ring the intercom to the apartment of the woman who, alarmed, contacted the Operations Center of the Carabinieri Company of Desio, allowing immediate intervention by the patrol on the circuit of the Tenenza di Cesano Maderno. The military, arrived on the spot, surprised and blocked the man who tried to get away hastily. At the end of the investigations, the soldiers of the Arma arrested the man on charges of persecutory acts, transporting him to the Monza prison as ordered by the Assistant Attorney on duty of the Monza Public Prosecutor's Office.
