Forum PA: Proximity and welfare, 125 years for the future

Forum PA hosted a double appointment with Inps this morning. The first meeting, on the path that led to the launch of the new institutional site, saw the participation of Giudo Ceccarelli and Giacomo Grassi who illustrated the project and the refactoring of the portal, co-designed with users, renewed in graphics, in masting and navigation.

The website is the first point of contact between citizens and the Institute and sees 3 million accesses a day, with peaks of 56 million pages loaded in 24 hours, 800 million visitors a year and offers around 500 services and, today , is designed to meet the needs and satisfaction of the end user.

The second meeting, entitled "125 stories for the future", was an opportunity to present the photographic volume that Ansa edited for the 125th year of INPS. The volume tells the Institute in its daily life, through the images of the ANSA archive and the INPS archive, with emotions and suggestions, retracing the fundamental values of the Institute and of those who work there: rights, work, inclusion and future.

During the meeting, the Director General, Vincenzo Caridi affirmed – “we celebrate the past to trace the future” – and recalled the importance of an organic system, not self-referential, collaborative with other realities. “The new frontiers are synergies and data: a pick for providing increasingly inclusive services”, concluded Caridi.

The debate was attended by Diego De Felice, INPS Central Director of Communications, Stefano De Alessandri, Chief Executive Officer and General Director of the ANSA Agency, Monica Paternesi, assistant editor-in-chief at the ANSA economics and finance editorial staff.
