Government fires the Jobs Act, so many news to support stable work

The government 'fires' the Jobs act, shortened the life of contracts with scheduled deadline, which passes from the current 36 months to 12 for those without a causal. After the year, the agreement can be renewed only for a maximum of other 12 months, but with obligation to indicate the reason. The text prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development Di Maio also reduces the possibility of extending the futures contracts, moving from 5 to 4, making the use of this formula more expensive.

News also for temporary workers, who will be extended the same protections already provided by law for other workers. Then there is a stop to wild layoffs, with important disincentives, such as the increase of 50% (compared to the current one) of compensation for those who are removed from their place without excuses, which can reach up to 36 monthly. The decree Dignità provides, then, a crackdown against the practice of relocations, with very salty fines for those companies that decide to leave Italy by the end of five years "from the date of conclusion of the facilitated initiative". The stop to advertising on gambling is also confirmed. For a "more effective contrast to ludopathy, from the date of entry into force of the decree is prohibited any form of advertising, even indirect, related to games or wagering with winnings of money, however carried out and on any means, including sports events , cultural or artistic, television or radio broadcasts, daily and periodical press, publications in general, billboards and internet ". Furthermore, "from the first of January 2019 the ban also applies to sponsorship of events, activities, program events, products or services and all other forms of communication of promotional content, including visual and acoustic citations and the overlay of the name, brand, symbols , activities or products the publicity of which, pursuant to this article, is prohibited ". The client who does not respect the new rules will be applied "a pecuniary administrative sanction commensurate to the extent of 5% of the value of the sponsorship or advertising and in any case not less, for each violation, to a minimum amount of 50 thousand euros".
