The Macerata State Police identified and reported on the loose the three Italians who, on the night of last July 30, in Civitanova Marche, took part in the brawl in front of the Oro Nero bar, located along Corso Umberto I: two are Calabrian origins, employees of a company in the Macerata area (one of them with a police background), while the third is a sailor from Civitanova Marche, already known to the police forces, also with a police history.
As a result of close investigative activities by the policemen of the mobile squad of the Police Station of Civitanova Marche, the dynamics of the criminal event have been reconstructed: in a first phase, the hand-to-hand combat between two people begins (the Civitanova sailor and one of the Calabrian workers), who face each other with bare hands; in a second phase, the two are joined by a third subject (the other Calabrian worker), who hits the sailor with kicks and slaps while the latter fights on the ground with the first subject; in the final phase, the three move away from the place of the event in opposite directions: the two workers set off on foot along the course, heading north, while the sailor leaves by car.
On the other hand, the motive that gave rise to the fight is still being examined by the investigators, coordinated by the local Public Prosecutor's Office, even if the hypothesis of futile reasons seems plausible.
To identify the subjects, the images of the video released on the net were helpful, together with the statements collected by the people informed about the facts and the intervention, in the immediacy of the fact, of the Steering Wheel of the Commissariat, who immediately tracked down one of the participants alla brawl (the Civitanova sailor).
More generally, this activity falls within the scope of the enhanced territorial control services carried out by the Police forces following specific meetings of the Provincial Committee for public order and safety.
The Commissioner of the Province of Macerata applied to the three suspects the measure of prevention of urban daspo (DAC UR.), Prohibiting access to all the bars and places that administer alcohol along Corso Umberto I and in Piazza Don Minzoni, for the duration one year.
