Following numerous episodes of soiling of the perimeter walls of schools and buildings owned by the Municipality of Udine put in place from December to last week (including the "Ellero" and "Fermi" middle schools, the "Pascoli" primary school ", The parking of the" student terminal ", an overpass of the" North Ring Road ", a wall facing the headquarters of the Prevention Department), the Digos agents of the Udine Police Headquarters, coordinated by the local Public Prosecutor's Office, conducted a dedicated activity of investigation, aimed at identifying the authors, probably gravitating within the movement against vaccines called "V_V Guerrieri".
The activity made it possible to acquire several images that portrayed two young people, a man and a woman, in the act of dirtying the walls and the artifacts, then moving away on board a car.
The investigators' attention was focused in particular on a couple, previously checked by the police officers in the same car and fined for refusing to wear the prescribed airway protection devices both in public and in a supermarket. The subsequent services of stalking and control made it possible to ascertain that the two used to leave the house at night: in one circumstance they were controlled by the operators, with a spray paint can.
Between the end of October and the middle of November, the staff of the police station of Cividale del Friuli also intervened near two schools for similar writings, written with red paint on the roadway. On 10 January, leaflets of the same content were also reported in some places in the same town, bearing the logo of the no vax movement “Guerrieri V_V”, as well as for the road signs.
By viewing the images from the surveillance cameras of the Municipality of Cividale del Friuli, the author of the posting was identified.
Finally, on 12 January, writings of the same content were found on the cementitious artifacts of an underpass of the SS54 which induced the Mayor of the Municipality of Cividale del Friuli to present a complaint / complaint to the PS Commissioner for the above-mentioned episodes.
The Public Prosecutor's Office, confirming the investigative hypotheses carried out, delegated the searches required both for the couple from Udine and for the compatriot residing in Cividale del Friuli to the Digos staff.
The searches, carried out on the morning of Friday 11 February last, made it possible to find and seize various material of interest attributable to the "V_V" movement: red spray cans, leaflets and stickers of different formats and sizes containing the movement's logo, clothing used by the authors of the soiling, smartphones and PCs.
The three, all Italian citizens, were deferred for the crime of defacing and soiling of other people's things as per art. 639 CP.
