The Taliban condemned the attacks, inviting citizens to stay in their homes.
The president of the United States, Joe Biden has called an emergency meeting in the Situation room of the White House together with the Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, and the Secretary of State Antony Blinken, from where he is following the developments of the double terrorist attack that took place a little while ago in Kabul.
