Over two hundred thousand accesses since launch, with an increase of almost 10% in applications for the fourteenth and over 20% on pension supplements: what emerges from the INPS numbers regarding the experimentation of the Digital Pension Consultant, the an innovative service - financed by the NRP in the “Artificial Intelligence” line - which allows the Institute to expand the audience of beneficiaries of the services, facilitating the recognition of unexpressed rights.

With the new application, the Institute identifies the potential users of the integrations, offering interested pensioners a simple path for verifying the necessary requirements and for submitting the application. In addition to reducing errors in the transmission phase, INPS can thus proactively reach those who would be entitled to an integration of their treatment, extending the area of ​​protection.

Not just digital innovation: to promote the service, INPS has in fact launched a multi-channel communication campaign, in order to reach the widest audience of users. On the one hand, the portal of the Institute, on the other the social networks - with targeted posts, which reached over 500.000 people - offered citizens an overview of the service, operating mechanisms, potential and related benefits.
