INPS, with a press release issued this morning, warns all its users that an attempt is being made to scam them via phishing emails which, taking advantage of apparent communications from the Institute, invite you to click on a link that opens a page. in which you are asked to select a bank from those contained in a list and then enter your credentials.
We inform you that this communication is aimed at fraudulently stealing personal data and those relating to credit cards, with the false motivation of an alleged unsuccessful transfer as the data recorded in the system would not be updated.
We therefore invite all users to be wary of such communications and to ignore emails that propose to click on a link to obtain alleged payments from INPS.
Finally, please note that information on INPS services can be consulted only by accessing directly from the portal www.inps.it. and that INPS, for security reasons, never sends, in any case, emails containing clickable links.
