An Israeli military spokesman reported that Israeli air force struck three Syrian army positions last night as a retaliation following yesterday's infiltration of a Syrian military drone.
The spokesperson added: "We will continue to act with determination against any attempt to undermine our sovereignty or the safety of our citizens".
The statement, broadcast by military radio, stated that the objectives centered by the Urselian forces are located in the area of Kuneitra, in the Syrian Golan.
The Syrian drone, penetrated yesterday by about 10 KM in Israeli territory, was intercepted and shot down by a Patriot missile as it flew over the lake of Tiberias.
