"Meloni government looks to the future"
The Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry Francesco Lollobrigida has signed the decree with which the allotment of 500 million euros foreseen by the Pnrr for innovation in the mechanization sector is carried out in favor of Regions and autonomous Provinces agricultural and food. Again with the same provision, the procedures for issuing the regional tenders concerning the 100 million euros destined for the sub-measure "modernization of oil mills" are established.
The intervention includes two sub-measures: one for the modernization of the oil mills, with a financial endowment of 100 million euros, the other aimed at the modernization of agricultural machinery which allows the introduction of precision farming techniques, with an endowment of 400 million euros.

“With this decree – says Minister Lollobrigida – we are adding another element to further improve the quality of production and reduce the environmental impact. On the other hand, as demonstrated by the 225 million fund allocated in the budget law for innovation in agriculture, the Meloni government also has an eye to the future in the agricultural and agri-food sector. We continue to work in the direction of strengthening the Pnrr, with an approach away from ideological conditioning and instead close to the current needs of the nation", concludes the minister.
