On April 16, 2021, at 22:55 pm, in Milan, the soldiers of the Operational Unit of the Milano Duomo Company and the Radiomobile Nucleus intervened in Vicolo Fiori Chiari, where a gathering of people had been reported. The Carabinieri found the presence of 17 young people, aged between 20 and 25, mostly students, intent on consuming alcoholic beverages in violation of the anti-covid-19 legislation. Violators were sanctioned for failure to comply with the requirements imposed for the containment of the pandemic emergency.
On April 17, 2021, during the night, in Corsico (MI), a Radiomobile patrol of the Compagnia di Corsico, together with a patrol from the Carabinieri station of Cornaredo (MI), at the request of a private citizen made at "nue 112", are intervened in via Mazzini, where a party in progress had been reported. On the spot, in addition to the tenant, a 19-year-old Italian, 10 people were identified, all Italian, including 7 adults and 3 minors. In addition, the owner of the business was sanctioned by closing the bar for 19 days.
Also on April 17, 2021, at about 23.30 pm, in Milan, as part of targeted control services on compliance with national regulations on the containment of the covid-19 pandemic, the soldiers of the Radiomobile Nucleus intervened in via Tunisia, where they had been a party in a private house was reported to 112 Nue. On the spot, the Carabinieri found the presence of 11 Italian boys, aged between 20 and 23, all university students at the Politecnico di Milano, gathered in the apartment, rented by one of the participants, with loud music .
