Thanks to a complex and detailed judicial police activity that lasted almost a year and ended at the end of September with the application of precautionary custody in prison for two young men, one Italian and one of Ecuadorian origins - respectively residents in the province of Cremona and Monza Brianza – the investigators of the Milan Postal Police (Operations Center for Cyber Security) and of the Operations Section of the Carabinieri Company of San Donato Milanese have managed to dismantle a real criminal system aimed at the solicitation of minors, aimed both at the production of material child pornography and to force (or convince) minors to engage in sexual acts with two adults.
The investigation, coordinated by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, started from the complaint lodged at the Peschiera Borromeo Carabinieri Station by a couple of parents worried about the sudden changes in the habits and behaviors of their teenage son. The soldiers, sensing that the boy could be the victim of internet solicitation, immediately reported it to the Judicial Authority of Milan.
Despite the technical measures adopted by the solicitors to hide themselves on the web, the investigations, conducted in synergy between the COSC of the Postal Police of Milan and the soldiers of the Carabinieri with the aid of the best resources and investigative capabilities of both structures, initially made it possible to arrest the twenty-seven-year-old from Ecuador RLLF, rider and entertainer at an oratory in Monza (a person already burdened by police prejudice for crimes of the same nature) and, subsequently, the thirty-nine-year-old BM, with no criminal record, employed by a road haulage company Milanese.
Both subjects were caught in possession of a large quantity of child pornography, some of which they exchanged and gave to third parties.
Subsequent investigative developments also made it possible to discover a real network of abuse against numerous minors between the ages of eight and seventeen. In several episodes, the arrested people had lured the minors into believing they were talking to one of their peers, or to one of their peers when they sensed that on the other side there was a minor with homosexual tendencies, thus inducing them to send self-produced pornographic material.
Such was the level of perfection of the techniques adopted that the arrested men also managed to meet three of the young victims in the real world, with whom, taking advantage of their naivety and managing to gain their trust, they had sexual relations. The investigations, which have just concluded, have made it possible to identify ten victims in the provinces of Monza Brianza, Milan and Treviso.
