This morning, on delegation of the District Anti-Mafia Prosecutor at the Court of Naples, the State Police executed an order for the application of precautionary detention measures, issued by the GIP at the Court of Naples, against 5 subjects considered seriously suspected of the crimes of attempted multiple murder, unlawful detention and abusive carrying in a public place of a 7.65 caliber common firearm, aggravated by the circumstance referred to in Article 416 bis.1 of the Criminal Code, for having carried out the bloody acts using the conditions referred to in 'article 416 bis of the Criminal Code, committed in Naples on 16.6.2021, and of the crimes of illicit detention and abusive carrying of a 9 × 21 caliber pistol, committed in Naples on 31.3.2021.
In addition, a decree of arrest for the same crimes against a 16-year-old involved in the facts committed on 16.6.2021 was carried out by delegation of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples.
The precautionary measures summarize the results of detailed investigations (carried out through the acquisition of video footage, environmental and telephone wiretapping, video-metric consultancy, declarations of the offended persons and of the persons informed on the facts) which allowed to collect serious indications of guilt to burden of their recipients who, in the context of a violent clash between the members of two rival families of the Spanish Quarters, were responsible for the explosion of gunshots for intimidating purposes against a woman, on the evening of 31.3.21 .16, as well as a failed homicidal ambush, which took place in Vico Tre Regine A Toledo on June 2021, XNUMX, in which two unsuspecting passers-by, completely unrelated to the causal context described, were seriously injured.
