The use of the new Inps platform starts from Milan
The new ASI multiservice portal aims to consolidate and enhance the interoperability between public administrations and INPS in the preparatory activities for the definition and settlement of pension practices for public employees, with a view to simplifying and optimizing processes with consequent reduction of the times for the definition of the service.
ASI is equipped with a personalized "multiservice" area that allows administrations, on the occasion of the retirement of their employees, to certify and communicate to INPS the date and reason for termination of the employee's service, the latest salary data ( so-called “last mile” data) and information on withholding taxes to be applied in continuity with the salary.
With the ASI, administrations can also:
- view the pension applications submitted to INPS and the processing status of the pension settlement and / or re-settlements;
- view all the administrative documents granting the pension;
- carry out simulations of the right and amount of the pension with the consultancy services made available by INPS.
The new portal was discussed on July 26 at the INPS Metropolitan Coordination Department of Milan in the presence of the staff of the Municipality of Milan, the Police Headquarters and Prefecture of Milan, the Ministry of the Interior, Department of Public Security and representatives of the Central Departments Pensions and Technology, IT and innovation, promoters of the meeting.
After the experimentation, the new portal will become fully operational to become the main social security interview tool and allow all public administrations to interact with INPS quickly to offer services increasingly suited to the needs and expectations of the citizen / user, in profitable perspective of personalizing the relationship with users.
