State Police presents "MY DIARY"

The State Police, also for the 2019/2020 school year, has renewed the school agenda "My diary", as a tool to bring young primary school students closer to the culture of legality, in the belief that it is essential to educate to respect rules for peaceful coexistence and transmitting the values ​​of our Constitution.

The diary, now in its 6 ^ edition, through the comic-book super heroes Vis and Musa and with the contribution of Geronimo Stilton, the journalist mouse most loved by children all over the world, deals with the issues of health, sport and the environment , social integration, road safety education, internet and social networking, but also deviance phenomena closer to children of that age, such as bullying and cyberbullying.

The project is carried out in collaboration with the MIUR and is supported by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and by the PON "Legality" for the regions of Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and Sicily.

This year, in fact, the collaboration of the “Legality” PON was added, which participated enriching the contents of the agenda with the presentation of some interventions financed by the European co-financed Program managed by the Ministry of the Interior in the so-called “less developed” regions .

The school agenda will be assigned to the students of the 3 ^ and future 4 ^ classes of the primary Institutes and this year will be distributed in 20 provinces: Ascoli Piceno, Avellino, Cagliari, Campobasso, Catanzaro, Foggia, Grosseto, La Spezia, Matera, Padua, Pescara, Piacenza, Pordenone, Sondrio, Terni, Trapani, Trento, Verbano Cusio Ossola, Vibo Valentia and Viterbo.

The presentation ceremony was held at the Comprehensive Institute "da Feltre - Zingarelli" in Foggia, attended by the Chief of Police, Director General of Public Security, Prefect Franco Gabrielli, who presented the diary to a large representation of students.

The event was attended by the athletes of the Fiamme Oro of the State Police Michele Pirro, world motorcycle champion GP and Irma Testa, boxing champion, who told the boys the importance of living by the rules.

Surprise intervention by Pinuccio, correspondent of Striscia la Notizia who answered the questions of the numerous children present.

The hostess Ingrid Muccitelli was the event's godmother.
