In three months, more than 4 thousand places have been announced Bonafede: "Unprecedented intervention"
The last of the three extraordinary competitions envisaged by the cd was published in the Official Gazette. “Relaunch” decree for the Ministry of Justice (art. 252 of Legislative Decree no. 19 of 2020 May 34), which will make it possible to strengthen the Justice system through the selection of 2700 expert chancellors. The two previous selections, already announced, involved the recruitment in the judicial offices of 400 directors and 150 officials in the districts of the Court of Appeal of Northern Italy.
To these three competitions must then be added the one reserved for 1000 judicial operators, which will allow for 24 months to have additional resources to 'attack' the backlog. Overall, therefore, in about three months more than 4 thousand places have been banned.
To ensure rapid and accurate recruitment from the point of view of personnel selection, but at the same time contain the risks of contagion linked to the conduct of the written tests, the competition for expert chancellors will also take place according to simplified procedures: the formation of special preliminary rankings on a district basis and, to follow, an oral exam for admitted candidates.
