School, signed the supplementary contract on staff mobility for 2024/2025

Valditara: “Important result. Family needs are protected and the foundations are laid to enhance professionalism in the field of educational innovation"

The Ministry of Education and Merit today signed the supplementary national collective agreement on the mobility of school staff for the 2024/2025 school year, in a climate of fruitful collaboration with the trade union organisations.

The agreement made it possible to integrate the current CCNI to apply the innovations introduced by the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), definitively signed on 18 January, to transfers for the next school year. In this way, attention will be given to the family needs of school staff and, in particular, to the subjective situations of those who have children under 12 or the so-called caregivers, i.e. those who provide assistance and care to disabled family members.

“An important result has been achieved – declared the Minister Joseph Vallettara – expanding protections for staff with family and care needs and laying the foundations for a broader review of the next supplementary contract, with the aim of enhancing the many professionals involved in the field of educational innovation".
