The Carabinieri of the station of Carpineto Romano, together with those of the Radiomobile Rate of colleferro, on Sunday evening, they arrested a 50-year-old for domestic abuse.
The subject is suspected of having physically attacked his wife and minor son inside their home.
Both the woman and the minor were treated at the emergency room of the Colleferro hospital for the minor injuries sustained, both obtaining a 3-day prognosis.
In this regard, the woman told the military that the mistreatment had lasted for several years and that it had damaged her moral and physical integrity.
At the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Velletri, the arrested person was taken under house arrest at his father's home, located in a neighboring municipality.
The fight against crimes in the family context and related episodes of gender violence is pursued daily by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Rome with the adoption of rapid and effective measures, in agreement with the Judicial Authority, for the safety of women and minors victims of aggressive behavior carried out by their cohabitants.
